Cleveland Industrialist and entrepreneur Dan Moore has been starting up businesses as President of the Dan T. Moore Co. since 1979.  He currently serves as Chairman of nine companies, each with their own proprietary edge:  Flow Polymers; Soundwich; Team Wendy; Impact Armor Technologies; Sleep Optima; Tennessee Iron Products; Polyfill, NatGasCar and Delaware Dynamics.  He serves as director of Park-Ohio Corp (NASDAQ) and Invacare Corporation (NYSE) and is one of three commissioners on the Cleveland Metroparks Board of Commissioners. Mr. Moore has penned blogs about his motorcycle travels, the Silk Road, the Continental Divide, South America and Alaska.  When not traveling, Dan finds time to ski and sail and serve as a Trustee of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Cleveland State University, University School, and the Wendy Park Foundation.   Dan holds 53 patents, has degrees from Trinity College and the Harvard Business School, and has won numerous awards and honors.

Donald Larson has spent over 20 years in information technology, engineering, and sales.  His experience includes serving in the roles of Founder, CEO, CIO, General Manager, VP Sales, Chief Engineer and other positions at a number of companies and clients.

Previously he founded a Platform as a Service firm focused on automating business processes with web based solutions.  The clients ranged from small million dollar firms to the Fortune 100.  He spent three years with a Cleveland based software firm taking it from zero to multimillions in revenue.  He worked at WireWay, Inc as the General Manager, a nationally recognized manufacturer of raceway systems for industrial control components.  The Cleveland based firm is a national innovator in the controls market for over thirty years.

Don spent five years on active duty in the U.S. Navy, serving at multiple duty stations leaving the Navy as a Lieutenant. Mr. Larson founded a weekly radio program, Capitalist Cleveland that concentrates on entrepreneurial business development in North East Ohio.  He has served on multiple non profit boards including North Coast Entrepreneurs, The Founders Cafe and the British American Chamber of Commerce.

He rides a 2002 Yamaha V-Max.
